I called a few different places for quotes on diagnostics and repairs needed on my Mini after getting sick and tired of the dealership. SMG were generous with the time they took to talk through the issues with me over the phone, and were very easy to communicate with. Based on our conversation I could clearly tell that they have the expertise, plus good listening skills and customer service to match, which can be hard to come by. They were also forthcoming about the potential complexity in diagnosing the source of our issues, which I appreciated. They were very accommodating around times and also provided by FAR the cheapest quote for some more standard/routine works that were also needed. I ended up booking in elsewhere purely because of availability and time constraints over the holiday period, but I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here in the future.
